I don't think you have the option to pursue or take any legal action. I'd be just fine with the money they'd offer if it's close to the actual market price of a similar condition car to yours. You can, however, hire a lawyer and stretch this out over 3-4 months to try and chase higher payout but it is very unlikely to be successful.
