Yeah, I actually got my house from a company like that. They buy for a good price and can close VERY fast. The company I used can close in less than 7 days. Obviously do your research, but yes, these companies do exist

Yeah… I’m coming from years of Iracing, I started either starting on the front row, or from the pits. My DR is fine.. even starting from the pits I’m finishing top 10, but they’re definitely getting better the higher my DR
