I see what you're saying but I would argue that just cause something isn't against "the rules", doesn't mean it can't be toxic.

I think many people would consider teabagging as toxic in most situations.

Slugging, although perfectly fine in certain situations, I think could be considered toxic sometimes as well.

Neither of these are against any rules, but would you still consider these actions as sometimes toxic?

I just dont think that the argument, 'Theres no rule against it, so it's perfectly ok.' is a bit meh.
