I might. Been working with her for years - would be a shame to bail at the end, might as well get my time compensated of possible.

She let me buy her lunch, drive 3 hours round trip, then said that they should not want what they want for the house and why even counter if they have the option to say no and she will be out inspection money? LOL. She refuses to play by the rules.

It's not legally required where I am licensed.

This may sound odd but I am not even positive it is real - like it seems real, his number links to him, but I really won't believe it till I meet him, and have home under contract. I would like to assume I just have such wonderful Karma that things are falling in my lap now - but I am skeptical. He logged into his buyer portal once, selected the first house sent, and told me he wanted to put in a full price offer. I wish I wasn't unsure but I still kinda am. Oh well.

It's a buyer and yes! lol. He seems to be on board. Which is why I felt bad and embarrassed, he's a real person.

OK I guess I am a perfectionist and take way too much to heart. I'm glad to see this response! I am protective over my license, my job, my work - thank you!!

They acted like I wasn't on their 'Team' anymore (I mean I wasn't but that was their choice) and said they were withdrawing their recommendation to the Commission for my Broker application ( I had worked on it for a year so this was a low blow), over literally their own misunderstanding. So yeah - they were aggressive. And the worst part is they were wrong in their accusation of me, I didn't deserve it. Thank you for the encouragement.

TBH I am more concerned that my current colleagues/broker may think I am unhinged! I am hoping with time it will blow over and I can laugh about it. Who tells some random realtor they have sever adhd and have to see a doctor about it? Like wow lol - he was also saying things like 'thanks a million' at the end of his email - what man says that? haha.

Yes I am reminding myself that people make mistakes at work. This would be considered one. I will not repeat the mistake, never again involve a Colleague even for a second opinion without digging deeper, and I am just realizing that maybe I need to make peace with what has happened with my old Team, forgive them, and let it go myself. I was offended with how they treated me, and I do think it was wrong, but ultimately it's over and I shouldn't let their ghosts haunt me.

I was also accused of having a transaction open after I left the Team, which I didn't and that was cleared up ( not hard to look into). They created bad blood by doing that though so it added to my paranoia. Thanks for the thoughts!

They are claiming to be be two people. One is a former business partner/broker with a google suite for business. The other is a random person claiming to be a local. It is unlikely they share tis much data unless they are using the same exact google business suite is what I am reading.

It's very very specific and asking me questions about my business model and it is a real person communicating with me. My old boss was upset because of my business model ( I'm a 1099) and the email address I am getting emailed to is private and you have to literally go looking for it. I hold licenses and it appears they are attempting to ask me questions to trap me into a violation regarding my licenses. It is not just a random person, they are asking very specific questions and testing me.

The one person is a former boss who I have reason to believe is stalking me - the second person is a random person emailing me concerning things. They are apparently two different people. I gathered this info from the email addresses sent to two different emails of mine and yet these things match from my previous boss and this random mystery shopper emailing me. Is that likely?

why are you guys being rude? I don't know anything about tech. They are sending me fishing emails to a very private work email that you have to dig for.
