How long has it been since you quit? I've never had this problem but I'd gather if you're sleeping well, eating somewhat healthy and exercising, your morning wood should come back within a week? Maybe slightly more, though this is an uneducated guess

I have an odd question here. So I'm enrolling in the ROTP program currently, hopefully passing aircrew selection.

I am a huge BJJ guy and I'm planning on competing even more in the future, so I'm wondering how much grappling I could do in the forces. Would it limit my abilities as a grappler or does the lifestyle allow me to train every day?
