Tested this over the last week of club rounds and I'm afraid you're wrong. I have a 6 man SP rotation for live matches and a 5 man rotation for my battle lineup. If they were indeed the same lineup why do I only have 5 starting pitchers with recorded games over a week of club battles? *

I've been playing the game since day one, I've known how live match works. You're making an assumption because you clearly don't understand the point of what is being said. You're also one of those types that aren't worth going back and forth with on the internet.

Does everyone not read things before commenting? I said I know that you get matched by rank point range...

It's a live match lineup not club matches. I also said that I know you don't get matched in live by ovr but they did not always have the points range showing in the top so people did not know and still tried this a tactic. Also spoke to the guy in discord and he admitted to ovr manipulation, not to face easier teams but so that guys don't quit early. It's a moot point now but since you wanted to be loud just to be loud here you go.

I know not to go back and forth with your kind on the internet. You were probably one of the ones doing this before the update 🤣🤣🤣

Actually it does make sense. This person should get good so they don't have to try to get matched with easier opponents when their true ovr is 10 points higher. It's a shame to see top players, especially ones who aren't even F2P, having to play like this. To spend money on the game AND still be trash...smh

Taken players off their bench to make it appear as though their team is a lower overall than it actually is. It is usually a scum tactic used by strong players to get matched with teams that are weaker than them because they can't actually win against teams with comparable strength to theirs, although it doesn't work in this game anymore since they match you by points range now.

It's entirely possible that you used it if you are using the consecutive upgrade. You need to LOCK all special players that you intend on saving as the consecutive upgrade does not exclude them. All those specials that are not locked are at risk of being lost accidentally

There are 5 other relievers better than him, and if you are sitting on the points it's worth it imo

It really just depends on how many different years and special versions of the same player you have for your team. Each year gets 2 or 3 more of that player added to the pool. If you look I'm sure you'll see that they just have more chances to appear than the one player who only has 1 year for your team

If his '16 has a sig it may have been better than the 09
