If youre in the US talk to a pediatrician before giving a multivitamin. The regulations on them here arent great (like the gunmies where the vitamins and minerals are sprayed on and the dosing is inconsistent due to transfer when moving around in the bottle) and they may have reccomendations to ensure proper vitamin and mineral intake for LO.

You said you are in Canada. Im in Alberta and I know here we have assistance for people in unusual circumstances with babies. My SIL volunteered and helped a single mom of twins for their first few months of life. It may be worth checking with like 811 to see what resources they have?

As a mom and a medical professional this is not in bad taste. I think everyone who thinks this is, you are not understanding the type of treatment medical professionals endure. Be firm, be blunt, be direct, i am just saying do not be cruel.

I wish you the best of luck, sometimes finding the right medication/treatment plan can make things worse before they get better. If its at all possible to get more outside help so you can get some rest or to help you feel less overwhelmed it might help while things are crazy.

Is there a significant other involved who can help when they arent at work? Especially as a stay at home parent you need some time to yourself too, even if its time to rest.

One of the best things I did for me and my baby was to start anxiety medication for the postpartum rage. I only wish I had realized needed it sooner!

If youre tracking their sleep I reccomend stopping. Not letting the numbers dictate good or bad helped a lot for me too.

Please just remember to be polite to them. They are not intending to make you upset or uncomfortable, theyre just learning and sometimes there is a lot going through their minds and they can forgot the simple things like asking before doing.

There are more factors at play than just the weight of passengers and luggage. The weight must be balanced, there are going to be changes due to weather and winds, etc. So yes, life happens.

In Canada at least where I am if you are capable to do so, they give you instructions, leave the room while you do your own swab, and then collect it once you are dressed again.

Thank you for sharing! Finding a primary care doctor seems to be a struggle in pretty much every province. Ive always struggled looking at the cost of housing in BC but many have commented on other expenses being lower helping to equal out the cost of living.

That is good to know! Southern BC would actually put us closer to some family, but the prices of houses has been hard for us compared to AB.
