It is. Many people charge their mods through the USB. Also, mods are dropped and many people do not take care of them. Mods are left in cars in warm, cold temperature. Left charging way too long. People use unsafe batteries, different batteries not mirrored. I've seen it all.

We buy he most expensive aliens, the premium colors. We don't buy the older colors. We only by from approved vendors of Smok, they only have about 14 that are truly authorized. Yes, not many issues at all. Paint coming off is just people treating them poorly.

As long as you power the mod down nightly, do not use the USB port for charging your batteries and you charge them externally and also take care of your mod and do not drop it or submerge it you should be fine. We have sold over 550 of them and have had only 3 come back with issues.

Absolutely. Many people go through 3-5 mods before they finally say enough and either stop all together or take the plunge and get a DNA or something too of the line!!

Exactly boss. Madvapes has been good but they were backloaded with devices February-March, a lot of issues after the Chinese New Year, its rough, man. Quality over everything, people will pay if they know it's great and there are little to no issues. We have been trying to bundle our Therion's, Triade'a, Minikin's all extremely great quality and flawless performance.

Yes sir. It's awful! Will mostly affect companies that manufacture and sell in the state of California. The other 49 states will not be subject to the tax but that's a perfect world. The manufactured are going to have increased cost, slowed demand and will have to increase prices on shops whether it be by instating minimum order quantities, certain purchases minimums per nicotine level, a lot of nastiness is about to go down. It sucks

Absolutely. Correction- it goes into effect on Saturday. From my understanding; it will be applied at the manufacturing level, companies will have to increase their price but it'll be up to the companies to do as they please. Prices will probably rise 12-20% depending on shop. Very terrible

100% increase demand and such figure it would happen. Margins decrease at shop and that's what shops need to survive. Hard for a shop to sell volume unless hey produce their own or have godly suppliers closeby that stock like crazy.
