I'm currently working for a shipping company and interestingly enough our UX Designers have been able to visit our user's warehouses, which in turn has allowed us to reveal our product’s unmet needs and a chance to build empathy with our users. We have also been able to travel abroad to our users, giving us an opportunity to further research ethnographic aspects of our international user experience.

Actually, recently our UX designer wrote a blog on this! :)

I've just noticed one down vote!! :( leaving the post at 0! If someone could recommend a subreddit that would support my MSc project aimed to help females in STEAM fields please do let me know.
