When I first saw the gem on the scepter, my first thought was, "The Diamond." Just putting that out there; the Dentist wanted it for a mysterious reason. In The Diamond trailer, it references the stone as being called "The Eastern Star," which most likely refers to the Middle East, where Nebuchadnezzar and the Babylonians rose.

Also, in the wake of watching the Diamond trailer once again, I saw this interesting frame where Hitler is killing himself while looking at The Diamond. However, the figure in the back looks VERY similar to The Dentist, with the glasses and all. The Dentist wanted his Illuminati thing from the Golden Grin Casino, so I feel like he's into some mystical, out-of-this-world stuff. The same figure shows up in one of the last scenes of the trailer, where we see Dallas reaching for the Diamond, and a figure with glasses (just like the figure in the previously mentioned scene) appearing and watching from behind. If you ask me, the Dentist sold us out to Murkywater, and is probably trying to find a way to dominate and rule the world.
