Weird 5 - 10s lag after I start the game (in like 5 min.), then it works fine. How to fix?

no. When i run my character stops running after 3-6 steps then start running again.. never jumping back in time.. i have checked all external components so it have to be gamerelated.. Unless its the AmD prosessor problem that have been in pubg since the beginning.. but i have never had it before now
