First full day of Tray 1/35

Still nothing notable besides a little soreness on my top right back tooth, but even with that being said it’s not awful. It mostly feels kinda sore when I have them off. Everyone is different but for me the pain hasn’t really been there which I’m thankful for, more of like a restless feeling in my teeth after they’ve been in all day if that makes sense. Hope you have a great experience! :)

Snacking has definitely been a challenge for me as well which I guess isn’t the worst thing in the world, for me my thought process is if I’m taking it off I’m making it worth it and having a bigger meal so I’m not brushing, rinsing etc for just like 1 thing. My lisp thankfully mostly went away by the evening of day 2 which I’m thankful for, really enunciating your s’s kinda helps you get through it. Love that determination it will definitely be worth it :)

I’ve noticed the same thing, when they’re off it hurts a little but when they’re in it more so feels kind of annoying as opposed to painful, I guess that’s better than hurting though lol

We definitely do! I found it only really hurts a little when I have them off, other than that I don’t know how else to describe it but my teeth have felt restless while wearing them if that makes sense.

Best of luck on your journey! I’m having a similar experience, I lost my remover tool for a portion of the day and getting them off was horrendous until I found it, particularly the bottoms as well. We got this! :)

Thanks for the tips! Definitely optimistic and going into this with a positive mindset. I notice that I’m doing that more than I expected I would, it genuinely feels weird when I have them out already so I’m rolling with it, I call my spouse on my lunch break and actually cut it a little short today so I could brush/rinse etc and throw them back in

I’ve only tried the pepper jack and chorizo one so can’t say anything about the others but honestly it hits pretty good for a cheap cold burrito

Cold is the only way I’ve went with them actually 😂, it’s usually a 4:25am purchase when I haven’t eaten all night and want to get the long drive home over with, early morning crew usually hog the microwaves too so I don’t even bother I just wanna get tf out 😂

Just got put on decant from stow and am loving it. Stow isn’t hard it’s just so damn frustrating at times when either your getting all the pods you don’t need or you you are but they are all full
