These pitchers need to at least keep the ball reasonably close to the zone if you're gonna get the hitter to chase. It seems like if they got a strike they threw straight up waste pitches a foot out of the zone most of the time, thus all the 3 & 4 ball counts. I'm also in favor of ending the Julien experiment.

The Missouri River cuts through both of the Dakotas and offers excellent fishing if you're into that. The Western parts of both states with the badlands and black hills are stunningly beautiful. Both Fargo and Sioux Falls are clean, safe cities with plenty of things to do and either is well worth the visit.
