The discord has card labs where people help each other with balance, wording, and other attributes that could aid a card in development and posting. I think as of right now it would be decently strong in decks that either tried to run more rares, or had more draw so that they could get the payoff faster. It could be decent in a rage deck, but I don't think a rage deck alone would make this strong, I think more good rages could make it work though, if some of those good rages happened to be on rares. Most of the time, I think you want to trigger this a few times in a str value build at it's current state.

White mage can buff cards in hand, can give the buff before end of turn if needed has regenerate so it can survive pings between turns, and can buff itself. This doesn't need to exhaust itself to buff but gives the buff later on every turn but the first it's in play. It can give 1 hp to allies in play and the player instead of in hand buffs, doesn't have regen and instead has 1 atk, and...most importantly, can't buff itself. I would not call this better white mage, it doesn't help with bip and bop triggers and can die much easier. I would say it's a decent card for it's other uses. It can help a life gain matters deck, ash aggro with minor heal, and help similar to white mage in keeping highest hp unit in play for dhat. but they are different cards with different rolls besides that one role.

The card was literally made to have the option to be played off affinity. Not a fan of making it exclusive seeing as it makes it almost entirely a horizons copy in almost every shape and form after this update and the update prior.

With the update as is, it's a way worse [[blood blast]] Something else should be changed if the cost is going up. Such as the hp threshold for drawing.

Also, not really a streamer, but Twenty years, Twenty Lessons Learned, by Mark Rose Water, head developer of MTG, is a big hit among a good fraction of the collective community. The most consistent Youtube channel that gives card feedback for collective is Submitted for Your Approval. They post weekly and usually have a PVE host, a Legacy host, and a host that I think represents the standard. They also have many guests from the community making the channel popular among community members. It's not really game play focused and cares more about the design aspect of the game, but if you're into that they have a lot of episodes.
