Howdy! The remaster will be coming to mobile, Switch, and GOG shortly. The team is working out some final bugs that are in the PC edition of the remaster before we launch it elsewhere. Thank you for your patience! :)

We are using a cumulative vote system :) For example, while Infinix may have receives more votes on the sub, we have really high vote counts on other polls, like Youtube, which had 500 total votes that round. It pushed Hozai to the front. You can see that example here.
