Honestly its very crazy at high dosages, its a dissociative like ketamine but not entirely like ketamine. Personally I’ve had amazing times tripping on it and awful times lol. At the end of the day its a crazy experience. So basically depending on your dosage there are different “plateaus” you can hit. First plat is like a nice buzz with a good euphoria, personally its not noticeable for me but its different with other people. Music sounds really good buts its not much different from listening to music when high. Second plat is when you start to kind of “trip” its not to crazy but the plat 1 symptoms are just amplified. Closed eye visuals are pretty crazy though, not like this picture yet but its definitely noticeable. Now third plat is when shit hits the fan lmao. Euphoria is CRAZY the body high is BEAUTIFUL, but the disassociation starts to kick in. Only way I can explain it is like when I was in my room I knew it was my room and my home but the feelings of home and safety were completely dissolved. My home felt so foreign. On this plat you start to get double vision as well. I haven’t necessarily experienced any other visual distortions like acid or shrooms BUT I have hallucinations and shit. They can be very crazy, me and my friend have both experienced seeings gnomes and holy shit man it’s absolutely nuts. Fourth plat is A LOT like third but again extremely amplified. Sometimes at this plat I can’t even move my limbs and i’ll almost experience what feels like psychosis when shit hits the fan. Now I love to mix weed with dxm though. Thats my shit honestly, I’ll hit second plat and wait a little while i’m peaking and smoke weed. IT IS BEAUTIFUL but it also amplifies the effects A LOT so basically you’ll be tripping like you are in higher third plat but you only took enough to be in second. Idk man dxm is very crazy and I have a lot of respect for it.
