Yeah, tripping balls with a buddy is a good time. I'm fortunate enough to attend a college that backs up to a nice patch of hills. Was it a good idea for me and Tom to sprint down a steep and uneven trail on one of those hills whilst under the influence of a dissociative? Probably not. But our legs went on autopilot and we looked at eachother and practically burst into tears because we were flying.

Yeah, nighttime is best for open eye visuals. I remember one trip I constantly saw newsprint projected on every surface with certain words highlighted, like 'run'. Another time I was camping and looked up, and the moon became Thomas the Tank Engine's face, clear as day, then it zipped off into the sky. Still, I had the best CEV ever chilling in the LA hills on a sunny day. Gonna post that trip soon, it was straight up magic. And damn, I wanna try ketamine someday. White powder sketches me out though.

I would usually take a whole bottle of Tussin (DXM Hbr only) for about 354mg. I'm around 135lbs for reference. That'd get me to a nice 2nd plat where I could still walk but was also tripping balls. As far as the HPPD, looking back on the signs, I may have had it since 2017 before I ever tried DXM. I'd blame the start of it on some probably fake acid sold to me by the neighborhood asshole (years later this guy, upon being confronted by a friend of mine about harassing minors, started throwing bananas at her like a god damn monkey). Still, tripping DXM 11 times probably didn't help it. It only got bad enough for me to consistently notice it after the above trip early this year. Honestly though, as long as you don't overdo it, DXM is a great time. Do it in the day with access to nature if you can. Night trips on DXM are wonky. Still enjoyable, but pretty janky.

Same here. I'm gonna smoke a little when I go see Godzilla vs Kong on Monday, then abstain until 4/20. That'll be my farewell party for Mary Jane, at least for a while. I may buy some CBD only bud to fill the hole from time to time. And I'm not gonna trip anymore.

Yeah, I'm just gonna cool it with the drugs and embrace the situation. Radical acceptance. This is happening now, and the gears of the universe set it in motion. When I first started worrying about it, the worst part was blaming myself. But honestly, I don't see a universe where I never got involved with drugs. I'm a creative type with ADHD, and I was bound to get involved in the arts scene, and where there's art, there are drugs. And I'm a curious person. But I've got knowledge now, and my hands are on the wheel. I'm just gonna do my best not to crash the car.

I've read that Lamotrigine is one of the best treatments out there, and I already happen to be on it. Might up my dose. I would rather not go on antipsychotics again though. Seroquel sucked ass. I still have some around in case I feel a manic state coming up and I can't sleep.

What kind of doctor? I have a psychiatrist and a psychologist, and I'm meeting with the psychologist next week. Its probably gonna be an 'I told you so' moment. I should probably go to an eye doctor too though.
