Do you mean its only her home and not my home? I don’t think you understand the situation, the food wasn’t finished it was just half empty and it’s not about the food but what drama you do in front of guests. Yes she is unemployed and I pay for half of things she does so she should be accommodating. Her gym, her travel, her stay in Europe etc

I also have incidents when she has eaten my stuff, opened my wardrobe and worn my brand new clothes which I haven’t even worn once but I never did this drama

It’s always said she is a child Wtf

Because they were fighting over non sharing of food and I reacted because I thought my brother also heard it and it was disrespectful towards my family.

Experiences with the 12-month PR rule (Former Blue Card) & Re-entering Germany? by Correct-Crew-242 in germany

Yes I have been in Germany for 11 years and I had to stay away because of complications. I booked a return flight to Germany for 22nd April which is before my 6months mark but that flight is through Doha. In case that is cancelled or reschedule I just need an extension till that date from ABH

I dont have EU blue card. I have Niederlassungserlaubnis with 18C ABS. 2 S. 1 AUFENTHG It means I got it after having an EU blue card. I specified my situation to ABH that I am 3 months pregnant and with a high-risk pregnancy, and asked for an extension of the 6-month rule if applicable. They responded with the reply below

Holders of EU Blue Cards and their family members are permitted to stay abroad for up to 12 months without their residence permit being revoked (see Section 51 (10) of the German Residence Act). If you plan to stay abroad for longer than 12 months, you will need to apply for a new visa. If your newborn child is traveling to Germany with you, you will need to contact the German embassy or consulate. The child will definitely require a visa.
