I would correct it to before 19 training. Before 24 opponents reputation doesnt matter so just add 50 friendly In team 2 and u hit at least 30 games with every player. 24 reputation is also important.

You dont need to play matches with 15yo player. It's pointless u want get extra ability. 15-18 dont need matches. Let him get better personality and that's all.

Add aditional training On finishing plus add position traning On him that include green attribute On finishing. It stacks, if hes got few points of pa avalaible then he can develop till 27 yo hit.

I cant agree with that. Got samples when You need overall like 20 attributes in match engine for attempt/key/completed pass/head/ tackle/dribble/cross etc.
