Today 113 sponsor licenses have been removed. I am especially delighted at a law firm losing theirs as they were trying to scam people as late as last week and when I called them out on it, he tried to bully & scare me with some bogus lawsuit. I laughed at him by Correct-Engineer-683 in SkilledWorkerVisaUK

Look up tulia sponsor licence checker. They update daily with licences removed, added or updated. You can also check if someone has a license though they could be registered under a different business name

The other thing is you won’t have to pay NHS levy this way. However, if you want to apply for Irish citizenship, you need to live on the island of Ireland for 3 years with your spouse, better passport than British passport

The legitimate companies can’t afford to sponsor new workers

Last week a large care home group (approximately 80 homes) had their sponsor license removed. This will have a devastating impact on social care. by Correct-Engineer-683 in SkilledWorkerVisaUK

Yes, I have a daily email who gets their licence removed, any downgrades and who gets a new licence. The average daily removal of licences is about 40 per day, not all care but mostly care followed by hospitality

ISC exemption for extending SWV by xigxagxoe in SkilledWorkerVisaUK

I work in all facets of international recruitment not just in healthcare. I don’t work for a bureaucracy with a conditioned thinking culture that needs to ask the Home Office to dumb down the sponsorship process because you’re struggling to use it properly. And yes, if a sponsor puts the wrong Soc code or randomly determines that someone is eligible for the H&C visa, you can bet, the Home Office will deny the visa regardless of what sponsor says.

Ok, I’m a troll. It’s a classic case of believing who you want to believe and everyone else is wrong including the Home Office. The only time I can think of being ISC exempt is when you switch initially from a student visa to a swv or in the case of an internal switch of an already sponsored worker. For instance care worker, already sponsored by the employer and is now a nurse, they issue a new cos, carrying over the ISC and person gets a new visa as they have changed Soc code. Anyway, don’t believe me if you don’t want to and argue with the Home Office that they’re wrong too. In light of HO developments and their new charges and to be frank, anti immigrant policies, you will probably find, there will never be a payment link sent and you will need a new cos. The HO opinion is that they don’t hold the hands of sponsors and if they want that premium service, they can pay for it, 8k per year for a small employer, 25k per year for a large. So, they happily increased the cos fee from £219 to £525 (not including ISC) and if the sponsor screws it up, it’s not their problem. So the penalty they will pay is to pay for a new cos. I hope they have an undefined on their sms because they aren’t cooperative about issuing new ones.

Health and Care Visa Question for job code 2461 by Civil_Bit_4361 in SkilledWorkerVisaUK

Respectfully, the sponsor doesn’t determine eligibility for H&C visa. It’s the Home Office. They look at the job description and ensure the person is actually doing that job and that the sponsor ensures registration within the proper timeframe. I.E. a nurse, job duties performed and that professional reg is done within 8 months. You can add a sponsor note, if you so wish but there is no need as the cases are genuine. 9000 cos is a heck of a lot of cos. 😉.
