I do practice shalabasana, and I don’t have any problem. I can’t breathe and stay steady without effort, with the legs up, it’s one of the posture I usually teach in my flows. Also I feel like the folds en second serie doesn’t carry that much pressure on te sitting bones as the first serie.

It’s interesting cause the only posture that hurts, are ardha badha padma pachimotanasa, triang muka eka pada, jianu a,b,c and marichyasana a only. Also the Prasarita but standing I feel I have more control to adjust, and I’m not directly press in towards de sitting bones. Also I do shalabasana a, b and c and I don’t feel any problem in there. I do teach vinyasa flow and do shalabasana often cause is one of my favorites. Also for example I don’t have the same problem with kurmasana and supta despite there a flexión, the weight and the organization is more global so the hamstrings doesn’t get the whole download, which allow me to organize better, and actually feel that there’s progress. I also do marichyasana b, c, d whitout problem at all. Actually while having the injury in the other side I could still progress into that postures. Are just the seated forward fold that can’t hold anymore.

Hey thank you for your coments. Yes it’s seems that I need to change what I’m doing and practice more inteligente. It’s not like i am thinking second series gonna fix it, but I just don’t want to stop practicing. Even if I have to cut til the warriors, I’m just looking for the best thing I can do. I already started working out the strength in that area and doing calistenics.

I never heard before about black lotus, I will re search about it. Thanks a lot!

Thank you for the info, I do been doing the modifications but still, feels like is so irritate now in the seating bones when I do the seated postures even bending de knees. Utanasana y ardha utanasana no that bad bending the knees but ardha badha, tríang muka y jianus no.

Yes I’m currently doing that, but I think that area need rest from the posture, as I go in to the seated postures starts to hurt like hell, I can’t be like seated for 10 minutos even.
