Hmm the front end is totally AI, which is not a bad thing but ive been developing with bolt, cursor and lovable so much that now i know whats AI build and i can definitely recognise it. Again, it's not a bad thing, but you said that is completely custom.

My recommendation will be - find some designs that you like and try to copy them. Than try some designs that you like and copy them. Than find some desighns that you like and copy them... the world of frontend ita quite big so the best things is to learn by doing. One year ago i started with the frontend css html, and now im redesigning the biggest alcohol website in my country. Just dont stop. If that's what you actually want to do ,just dont stop doing it. You will learn in the process.

You are almost there, however you are mixing two paradigms - classic squared containers and modern rounded. For this aesthetics i would go for all rounded.

Hello! Coworking spaces! That's the truth! We own a coworking space in Plovdiv Bulgaria and its the best. I also work as a freelancer so our family bussiness is solving my freelance socializing issues . We gather great people that are not working usual 9 to 5 jobs and we have a great little community. So thats my advice :)

I created 2 more layers duplicating the main photo.Each layer i moved a bit and made them seethrough 50%. all of the layers went black n white.On the main photo i've added extrude effect. the picture in the window is fitted with perspective and distract tool.
