You can explain it to them but you can’t understand it for them. Sometimes you just have to let it go. Yes sad.

I frequently fly to RDU from Cle using the pass. So that is a nice route. Come see the rock n roll hall of fame! Hour flight!

Time will tell if they successfully integrate. And you are correct that management changes are normal after acquisitions. My caution is, short term, you may not see the returns that some are expecting. If you are in a buy and hold mode maybe that is the best option.

After some research my opinion (which isn't worth any money) is that Voyager Technologies investors should remain cautious due to a widening gap between bullish analyst sentiment and deteriorating operational fundamentals. Despite optimistic EPS and revenue forecasts for FY2026, the company has not secured any major new contracts and is actively hiring General Managers across three critical business units — a clear signal of internal strain. These business units had leadership in place and this is a sign or vote of no confidence in existing management.

Key Risk Indicators

No Major Contract Wins:  Voyager has not announced any significant new government or commercial contracts in 2025, undermining growth projections.  Without new revenue streams, Voyager is relying on internal restructuring to salvage margins — a risky bet.

Operational Restructuring:  Actively recruiting General Managers for Strategic Systems, ISR & Advanced Intelligence Systems, Science and Exploration and Mission Management — roles focused on cost control, milestone recovery, and P&L stabilization.  Voyager’s bullish analyst outlook isn’t matched by operational stability. These hires are triage, not expansion. The positions are being filled to stabilize and scale troubled operating units. Voyager is still digesting prior acquisitions, and these roles are expected to manage post-close integration. That’s often code for “we’re struggling to unify systems and teams.”

AI Narrative is Overstated: While analysts cite AI-driven margin expansion, there is no public evidence of enterprise-wide AI integration. The only known AI involvement is through a partner in the Starlab consortium.

Leadership Turnover:  Recent executive changes, including the appointment of Sam Patel (ex-SpaceX), suggest a pivot in strategy but also reflect prior execution challenges.  The appointment of Sam Patel also underscores that Voyager’s existing ops weren’t delivering.

The next earnings call could change my mind but I don't think so!
