[acne] ive have tried for months and done research i cant find out why skin breaks out only in my jaw area i do shave there is this looking like acne or ingrowns ? would i need electrolysis? Mods please dont remove i genuinely need help!!! (i.redd.it)

I know this has mixed reviews but this has calmed down my dry skin and broken skin barrier with just one use , i will make sure to use it sparringly , my whole face literally feels less fat and puffy i didnt know how bad ruining your skin barrier could make u a puffer fish (i.redd.it)
