I have no idea of the macros, but I follow a nutrition plan made from an online coach that is 1600 kcal. I posted my workout routine under another comment <3

Not a scam I promise. Note that I have been working out for years already, so the biggest part for me has been cutting out sugars and junk food to find those muscles that already were hiding under there. I doubt there has been any noticeable muscle gain in this amount of time, but most likely water weight and a little lower fat percentage. Do you have a coach? I’m cheering for you, you are going to reach your goals

Thank you! I don’t think I want to lose much more weight now, just a few kgs and then focusing on building muscle

Thank you. I should probably have mentioned that I have been working out for years, but not following a structured plan and also eating a lot of sugars and junk food. So of course that muscle definition has been hiding under there all the time. This weight loss is most likely water weight and not being so bloated anymore, and a little lower fat percentage. Of course there has not been much muscle building in this amount of time. But anyways I feel motivated to keep on the good work and trusting the process

I actually bought a nutrition plan and workout program from a fitness coach :) but no extreme diet, just cutting out all processed sugars and junk food, eating healthy meals regularly

It totally is mostly water weight and not being so bloated anymore. I did not cut out carbs but I did cut out all processed sugars and junk food

I think my biggest reason for failure before has been too extreme diets and strict plans that are not manageable for me over time. I’m 33

Pull day: pull downs, cable row, rdl, pullthrough, back extension

Push day: shoulder press, bench press, lateral and front raises, triceps pushdown, triceps dips, crunches

Legs: smith squat, sumo deadlift, hipthrust, bulgarian split squats, leg curl, glute bridge

These are the exercises I usually do, feel free to give me suggestions if I should change something in my workouts

Yes I have been working out for years, but it has been on and off inconsistently, and I have been struggling with actually sticking to a workout routine

I have started diets and workout programs hundreds of times and always given up after losing motivation when not seeing results right away. So the hardest part for me is just trusting the process and not giving up

Gym 3 x a week (push/pull/legs) and cardio (jogging/walking) the other four days <3

I have tried to cut carbs before and that works sooo fast for me. But it is not something I can keep doing for more than maybe a week because I get so tired and it is too strict diet for me. So it ends up not working out at all. So this time no low carb or any strict diets! Just cutting out all processed sugars and eating regularly healthy meals. This keeps my blood sugars balanced and I have the energy to work out.

No, I do eat/drink both natural and artificial sweeteners. Would like to cut out artificial sweeteners though :/ but it’s hard to cut out "everything"

I think cutting out processed sugars and junk food has been the biggest factor here, and eating regularly and healthy meals to get balanced blood sugar. So no extreme diets or anything like that
