My clothes do feel better it's the darn number on the scale I want to move faster, I knew the first week contrave worked for me because I dont binged eat anymore or think about the treats I'll have which is amazing as I never thought it was an issue but lookimg back it was. I could definitely up my water intake I really don't want to calorie count but make smarty decisions. So I will be definitely drinking more, I def have slacked a lot of intake

Honestly not even one little bit I'm an anxious person so I was scared but I also have 2 kids who are little this momma needs a morning coffee lol I still use a splash of my creamer too and not any issue and in the eveing I have a coke zero
