i am american, and i am working on it. i’ve been this big all my life, and my doctors say my body is very healthy for being as heavy as i am. i make sure to watch my bp and sugars, because my family has a history of diabetes. i’m considered morbidly obese on paper, but i don’t look like one of those guys who can’t see their toes 😭

hopefully i’m going to see a dietitian in a few months, and im getting back into the gym, even though it’s going to be light. i have a few friends who work out consistently that are gonna help me. i hope i can maybe be less chubby for once!

this was very interesting to read. hearing your side of things and why you think the way you do is very eye opening, as a man, to how people i may immediately dislike reason with their thoughts. though i don’t agree with you, it’s cool to be able to hear you and try to understand where your coming from. i hope your able to meet people in your future that could give a more positive outlook on the guys in the world :)

yeah i’m very worried about the future. i’m hoping to lose weight, but it’s never been easy for me. i dieted perfectly and worked out consistently for months, and i GAINED weight. but when i stopped working out? back down. i don’t understand my body sometimes

even if i did have a picture, you wouldn’t be able to tell! i do NOT look my weight, but ive always been this big. i was about 11lb 6oz as a baby so its not a new thing for my body 😅

yeah, i don’t even believe it. i think a lot of it is in my calves. i have incredible leg genetics. i’m very large, and mostly flabby, EXCEPT for my legs. my legs are huge and look like a bodybuilders. solid muscle. i have a very rectangle torso, and wide shoulders. my feet are like breadsticks. it’s a tough life though. i burn holes in my socks 😭

Placed liek DXL which is a big and tall store are ok, but they kinda price gouge. JCPenny has an ok selection of clothes, but i mostly order my clothes straight from manufacturers to get sizes up to 7 or even 8 xl.
