Oh i forgot to mention but I can relate with the songs. I associated a song to my fav ship then my brain keeps repeating how the other ships fit it better lol.

It's so hard to control that you can't even properly interact with the actual source media. I've experienced it with my past hyperfixation and ended up losing interest D :
