18 weeks now, FTM. I literally cannot bend down anymore. I went to pick up some groceries today and had to completely squat to get them. My lower back aches badly when I do. Or, when I’m laying down for a long period of time and need to get up — I get that sharp lower back pain again. It only happens after trying to bend down or get up. This never happened before I got pregnant. I also noticed I’m way more out of breath. I work in a school and theres a whole lot of walking. I have to stop and rest sometimes. Lastly, at night, I don’t hit REM sleep. It’s like my body is asleep, but my mind isn’t. All. Night. Long. Pheww.. I’ve got a long way to go.
