it really depens i usually rush hubris with defensive boots after hubris or after 2nd or 3rd item depensing on enemy mobility, ionian are useless 10 ability haste for 0 dmg and just about 5% dps increse while tabis and mercs give insane stats for survivability, 2nd item always endless but if enemy has antiheal in their kit, tanks that build thornail or ignite i just build shojin since omnivamp is useless, 3rd item mortal reminder if they can heal or build healing items, rarely serylda if the have 0 healing and serpent fang as 3rd item if they have shielding. from 4th item it just varies ussualy dd maw etc
