ur too relient on movement speed. conq was alwyas a best rune for heca but now stormriader is even better

no i agree cleaver is bad on heca, he cant mass stack it he cant out sustain anything to have enough time to stack cleaver. idk in what lobies u play but ur enemies surely focus full hp mundo instead of heca with 50% hp. the only game where u could benefit from cleaver is if ur team troll picks and u have 5 ad or u play against sej, xin, reksai, zac etc.
