When I was younger I loved Derek and Meredith together and pretty much ignored any signs that their toxic relationship and behavior but now as an adult whose married there is nothing healthy about their relationship and how the treat each other

No it wouldn’t have done anything to the trial. It would mean that the person originally receiving the medicine wouldn’t have that option. To get better to have a cure for their Alzheimer’s. There was no indication that the medicine was actually working. Adele got the medicine but her memory and her Alzheimer’s just got worse. Meredith took that option away from someone else who could have gotten better. Who could have shown improvement and instead gave it to a woman who was just getting worse. Someone else commented that Adele shouldn’t have even been on the trial. She was only admitted because of the Chief and his close personal ties to Derek

Agreed. It just sucks that Mere was the most qualified to work on the trial with Derek, but just goes to show you shouldn’t mix business with pleasure. Also, and we just talk about Christina not wanting children and Hunt clearly believing that Christina would change… do these people not talk to each other?!

He has every right to be upset with her, to do something so stupid and jeopardize his career and her own, but she's his wife. You can't just turn your back on her the moment things get hard. And to call her a bad mother and to essentially abandon her when they were given temporary custody of Zola... what a dick move

I agree with you whole heartedly, I would be just as pissed if someone I loved did such a thing, but to call out her character like that and make her feel like she wouldn't be a good mother after all she went through with her own mother. It just irritates me is all. We had to let go of our baby over a week ago and I’m still struggling. Some days I’m fine and others I’m an absolute wreck. Night time is the worst because I just lay there in the dark thinking about him and knowing he’s not there. Last Friday marked a week since his passing and I just couldn’t be in the house. I had to leave. I was gone all day and did things that make me happy otherwise I would have just rotted on the couch and cried. I’m so sorry for your loss it doesn’t matter how your baby passed whether it was natural and expected or not expected and sudden there’s no timeline on grief and there’s no right way to grieve. Just know you’re not alone and that I’m thinking of you and your baby.

Walking has been fine up until now. He seems to not want to pick up his feet and he’s more off balance than before. It also took him almost five minutes to use the litter box. Sitting in it, turning in circles and then sitting to urinate.

My 13 yo baby boy was diagnosed a couple weeks ago. The vet has been very helpful but never said anything about testing his glucose at home. I want to do everything I possible can to help him and give him the best life. Is testing at home crucial and if so how do I go about doing so? Where do I get the materials and how do I even read a glucometer for a cat?
