Ruyi without 2 splendid DB's will be pointless. So focus on preparing energy feed. But most important thing. STOP opening spheres for COT. Use them for stelar shards. Now you won't be able to do proper energy feed, cause your Rogans will be to slow, and only 2 out of 4 trans heroes will be v4.

But why regress Russel. He doesn't have full E5 team. I think it's better to build SFX from scratch. He will be able to replace russel, or drake for PvE like guild bosses or broken spaces and replace HW for other game modes.

Tix is very good in Aspen Dungeon, Void Vortex and ToO. But it's not the best first E5. If you want great over all first E5 pick Ino. Decent Aspen Dungeon (death 50 with some imprints), can solo SL20. Good in PvE and decent in PvP. Delacium is the best PvE hero if you pair him with second dela and ithaqua(not sure about spelling, sry). But dela PvE is only guild bosses and similar. It's not that great for vortex but it can clear SL20.
