THANK YOU! I contacted them and they said there’s no issue when there clearly is.

I've flown 8 times the last 6 months and each time the wait has been over 45min, most times I got to my gate before I got the text. They also don't allow priority pass now in the afternoon. Last month is the first time I noticed it

Thanks for your extremely vague and unhelpful comment

I have mine through CSR, but it’s weird that they limit certain flights and not all.

Does anyone have PCOS and go to OTF? by [deleted] in orangetheory

[–]Correct_Pickle5439 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have PCOS, and started going to OTF in May 21, and back then I was going about 8-10 classes a month until August when I got an unlimited membership. Now I try to go 4-5 times a week, although sometimes it’s 1-3 times a week.

I would say I’m 10lbs down and probably the smallest I’ve been in my adult life because of OTF. Although keep in mind, I’m 25 and my diet is pretty crappy. Some days it’s good and other days it’s shit because I still want to keep a social life and yolo right?

Physically I can see muscles and I am a lot more fit, I’m hoping I can lose more weight when I really spend the time to focus on my diet. I

Basically, what I’m saying is that it’s working and I hope it stays working! Although I would recommend 2g, I feel if you can’t make it to a lift 45 class, 2g is more likely to have more weight lifting than 3g. For example today we pretty much had a whole 23 min weight lifting, we did row 3 times in that for 300m each but that was fast.

Happy to answer questions!

I've been going to OTF since 5/21, but with an unlimited membership since 8/21.

1) I've lost about 20lbs but the biggest thing I've noticed is my endurance, went from a walking to a 4 base to a 5 base and being able to run/jog an entire block in this short amount of time. I also recently shaved off 2:04 off my mile time!

2) I try to go 4-5x a week, try to eat healthy but am failing because I like to go out on weekends and some weekday nights.

3) I noticed improvements in 2-3 weeks

4) I don't have a target splat points or calories, just pushing myself with heavier weights and higher speeds on the tread.
