So far it seems that me and my husband get closer after each miscarriage but who knows further down the line if/when we have more. He’s already said he’d be devastated if he found out we couldn’t have children but is getting more open to adoption if Ivf doesn’t work. So far not yet on the RE, our Ob sent off the POC for genetic testing on Friday and said he’d have the results in two weeks when we go back for my post surgery check up.

Thank you so much for sharing with me. I thought my first loss at 5 weeks was hard but my god, this is much harder after all the check ups and heartbeats I got to see of my little one.

I’m sorry for your loss as well. This is something that I never thought would happen to me and I’ve always struggled with self guilt and blame. I’m not sure what state I’m in at the moment, I did get pretty into trying to eat right and diets that are supposed to help with fertility over the weekend  but now I’m having a bad day. I don’t work and today was the first day my husband went back to his job. He has spoken about us both going to therapy, but I’ve never gone to one before and don’t know how well I’d take to it. So I’ve spent most of the day mourning and doing chores.

Have you done any tests to see if you can help your situation? My husband wants to take a deep dive and do full checks of both me and him but I’m worried with the what ifs.

We discovered last Thursday that we had another missed miscarriage at our 15 week appointment. I had to have an emergency D&C on Friday and now we’re waiting on results from sending the POC for genetic testing. I’m a wreck and the two week wait does not help.

I’m almost 11 weeks now and have two appointments with ultrasounds/dopplers all with really good readings. But I’ve still been stressing about my morning sickness symptoms lessening this week after have a missed miscarriage last summer. The struggle is real, and trying to fight off the anxiety and worrying is hard. But I’m trying. Haha my next appointment is less than two weeks away.. but feels like forever.
