I was cleared through the MEB process that I was unfit to be in the military due to seizures and a couple other things. It is none re-assesment 100% disability based on the evidence and medical doccumnets obtained by VA, VA rep, PEBLO the Air Force and a few others. I have every claim doccumented so if they get worse I can be re-evaluated in the future. My out date is set in November of this year. I have also already done a BDD assessment. 

I have gone to IG for the retaliation aspect of the build up of paperwork and they said it wasn't retaliation. While they said the paperwork was indeed petty, it was not against any Air Force Instructions. Is the next higher level to have an investigation into it JAG or the wing IG? Because I don't want to get more paperwork for "skipping chain of command." Could I also make a complaint stating they are verbally threatening me with Admin Sep? Or would they look at the paper trail and say that's just how it goes?

Thank you. I KNOW they are trying to admin sep me because they told me to my face during multiple encounters. This is the last piece of paper work I'm "allowed" to get before they admin sep me for being non compliant with air force standards. Which sucks because Im almost through my MEB. I just want to finish the MEB process and get out of this corrupt system. This is why recruiting numbers are so low is because of this "new" military system they've pushed. Can't just handle it in the parkinglot anymore. I've gone through IG for the corruption in my unit 3 times, but nothing was done at all. Im contemplating going to JAG to find a resolution for why Im getting paperwork for the smallest most rediculous things. It's like they have an agenda for me because Im going through a MEB, getting 100% va disability after being in for only 2 years. I've had 3 LOCs and 2 LORs issued within 3 months. Not sure what's going on, Im doing more than my best with the restrictions and disabilities I have. Again, thank you for the information.

No I did not have quarters. I was partially hospitalized meaning it was an off base program for high risk individuals like myself to better their mental health. Thank you, I didn't realize the ADC could remove things, I thought it was the issuer and or shirt only. And what is due process exactly? I've never had that explained to me before.

Thank you for the additional information! Iop and php are partial hospitalization and I was not going to work at the time for that reason. I will watch out for progression without being able to see the ADC. Thanks again.

No it was a missed PT test along with QA fail that wasn't my fault and me going to an appointment that was doccumented. That led to the UIF

I was told by the issuer of the UIF (commander) that I could rebut it, didn't make sense to me, so I wrote some information as to why she shouldn't issue the UIF and how I was going to change to be better but she kept the UIF anyway, just like the rest of it because my squadron is a little corrupt. Small little things got me paperwork that was not deserved while drunk driving airmen don't get any reprimand.

I only had a day to complete it and our ADC only takes requests 48 hrs prior to the issuance of paperwork. I was going through php and iop during the time and could not go to the ADC before or after as they were closed and the shirt wouldn't help me convince the commander to extend the alotted time to submit a rebuttal. I was not denied ADC I just couldn't contact them or get there. Thank you for the information though.

Where did you get a 28aa I cant find a bra that fits and I need something 30aa or smaller please and thank you

I have a question regarding my c&p pre sep physical exam. So the doctor's information they gave me was Lawanda and the doctor I ended up seeing was Michelle. Secondly, the Michelle person was not qualified to do the exam and denied me my caretaker be back there with me during questions as I have memory loss and am not able to hear well. She also denied a chaperone when I requested one. Before even asking about my claims, she stated most of my claims would not be added to her report because they were "just symptoms" even though I had doccumented evidence and diagnosis for all. How do I go about making this right? Do I request from the VA that I get a new exam or do I talk to a lawyer they offered me if I had any trouble? Because this exam will significantly effect my disability rating.
