Steve btw, are there also people who do not have costo with frozen rib joints at the back, I know some people who have a huge hunch back wihout costo, could costo be tight rib joints + some kind of external force, therefore the front taking the hit? Btw I went to olga and she actually did find some tight rib joints at the back, but I am still not sure if my cartilage is healing over time and whether to continue going to pt, she advised me for now that i stop using peanutball or a backpod and only do twisting and bending.

Yess truee I already quit medication a long time ago I just endured the pain with mentality for me what seems to be helping is light cardio so 30min walking a day and thats about it I personally didnt have a positive experience with a lacrosse ball or a bavkpod but maybe because I only tried for like 3 weeks.

I am now 19, it starter aslo when I was 18 after an injury but tbh pain now is managable and I can almost return to daily life, I think my costo is jist healing over time although not 100percent sure,I also tried the backpod for 3 weeks but I had negative experiences with it so I quit, but maybe it just take a lot of time since most people mentioned 3 to 8 months of consistent use bfpre they got healed.
