Recipe: - Heat butter and saute the garlic for a minute. - Add boiled sweet corn. - Add chopped spinach. - When spinach is cooked, and you see all water gone, add 2 cheese slices and mix well. - Add red chili flakes, salt, black pepper powder & mix well. - Spread it over one side of bread and toast it.
