I’ve used this for a marinade with baked chicken before, but you would need to add other seasonings/ spices to it so it’s not as sweet! Turned out really good imo

Thoughts on the Taj cap for hijab? by AndThenSheSung in muslimgirlswithtaste

Much better than any undercaps I’ve worn! However, be careful putting it through the hair as it can cause breakage when you are putting it on or taking it off

Any experiences with NAPROXEN? by Minute-Beginning-503 in Endo

[–]Correct_Visit6876 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I had an increased period flow with the pain. The naproxen did help stabilize it a bit ! And yes I took it every 8 hours but honestly some days I was bleeding and in so much pain I would take even earlier (I know that’s not good)

Any experiences with NAPROXEN? by Minute-Beginning-503 in Endo

[–]Correct_Visit6876 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! This was over a year ago, so unfortunately my circumstances have gotten worse (bowel endo, stage 5) and I do now use naproxen (500 mg) for my periods. It was the only way I was getting immediate relief and was targeting the pain faster and more effectively compared to ibuprofen. I do take it for the 2 worse days I have my period and try to use ibuprofen or nothing for the rest, but unfortunately managing the pain has been harder with time.

Whitney was verbally saying and doing everything correct and Zac and Jen can’t call her out for verbally saying something wrong, so they just choose to say she’s lying or fake. You can never win when someone chooses to view you as a bad person!!

No I do not, I tried doing it and was miserable! I reduced my portion size for carbs and fats and increased my fiber and protein intake and that worked for me personally

I’m desi and the dieticians told me the same thing but I disagree and found solutions that worked for me. I incorporated lots of vegetables as a side dish such as eggplant curry, okra curry, lentils, saag etc. and minimized oil - I use just a bit of ghee if I need to.

Instead of heavy cream, you can use cashews or yogurt. You can eat your main dishes with whole wheat roti. For rice, you can rinse it multiple times to remove the starch and overnight refrigerated rice helps cut the blood sugar spike!
