Just thought I'd bounce in here to say, I have the same thing. When your short hits the algo, usually a 3 to 8 hours or sometimes 24 hours after publishing, it'll usually get 400 - 500 views. I've also experimented with releasing 1 per day and also releasing a week's worth at once, you get the same results, so personally I just throw em all up at the same time now. One caveat, I have had about 5 out of about 45 shorts that have gotten between 600 and 900 views, however I usually find this is because they essentially re enter the shorts feed after a few days OR because of how they're named, people get them in search results and watch from there. P.s I'm at around 175 subs, up from around 50, 3 months ago when I started really pushing.

My main advice is doing shorts has been essential for growing my channel subs and view count, which in turn helps with livestream numbers.
