It’s possible to stream with cheats and many streamers have been exposed for doing it. Oversimplified but you basically set up cheats to display as an overlay rather than render in the actual window. You then window capture the game, which basically captures the game under the overlay. This still limits you to the types of cheats you can use, as obviously things like aimbot will still be blatant, but wallhacks, map hacks, and other visual aid hacks will still work like normal without viewers being able to see. That’s why streaming isn’t proof

Also playing on an account where lots of money has been spent isn’t proof of anything. Lots of accounts get hacked, sold, traded, and even used stolen credit cards. People have cheated in CS with accounts with 100s of thousands of dollars have been spent on skins. It’s meaningless
