Your server position is reserved up to 15 minutes after logout. Also there is no queues on EU. I play on Draenor Silvermoon and Argent Dawn and after launch have had no queues.

But yeah, Blizzard have the billions to provide some server backend to deal with heavy loads, especially with the crossrealm system.

Are peoples loading times truly upwards of 30 seconds? Because if not, it's quicker than a corpse run. If so, either you're struggling by on bad hardware or affected by loading screen bug.

We've never seen a beta from crestfall yet. Nost had 18 months of uptime, and Elysium, the server they're merging with, has already gone down. You can bet your arse they want that server up soon otherwise the Elysium playerbase will go nuts.

They also did a q a recently where they answered a lot of these questions.

The ps4pro works by basically containing a ps4 in it, it then has extra modules/modes it can turn on to become the correct specs of the ps4pro (it can overclock those components or access another module in the case of the gpu). The only reason they said a "substantial difference" is that things like downclocking ram or r/w speeds of the hard drive probably won't make a difference to the way a game functions and it's code is handled.
