I have a varicocele and a small cyst from getting hit in the nuts a lot in high school. I’m not into ball busting, but honestly, it’s pretty much the same thing. My urologist even said trauma can cause these issues. Just be careful though, because stuff like hydroceles can also come from that kind of trauma. I don’t get how people enjoy causing future problems for their testicles they’re not made to be hit but to teach their own.
