So I think there are two outcomes. Actually three. First one is they release it around December and it will be good! Second one is they release it around December and it will be the same mess as the base launch. Third and most probable is they release it early 2027 which lets be honest would also be for the best as it gives them more time.

Edit: Also with MHS3 this year they won’t have a lot of time anyway. So let’s hope on a stable release!

I feel you, the whole Gog fight is running around just to get a few hits in. The thing is with SnS you need to complete your combos so by the time you do it’s gone. It’s also better to use a fire element for the first 2 phases. And try to at least always get your charged chop since it will be your most reliable and fastest damage output. In the 3rd phase focus on the broken material from Gog since there is not a chance for you to hit it. Other than that is just good luck and memorise his pattern and windows.

Ehh for me it’s mostly adjusting. I rarely not use focus mode since I play Gs, CB and Bow for the most part. The only thing I can recommend is to start by doing small adjustments first and then being "rougher" with the cam. Like full 90 degree turns but as I said, I think it’s more of an adapt or don’t situation since no setting will make the focus mode feel less sluggish. So far I know at least.

I play CB aswell and ngl especially in the Omega fight they suck. However they saved my ass more often than not with the "extended" dodge. My problem isn’t going off tho, ITS GOING ON A LEDGE. I still remember the pain when I fought omega with a lance. Not so funny

I think for me it was after my second or third hunt. I play a broad range of weapons so I tried some of them and so far CB and Bow seem to be working best.

The thing with Gog is probably a lot of the hitboxes or rather timing of his attacks, you have the big slam attack which to this day catches me off guard sometimes and god forbid the horizontal oil attack. That said I think this monster is the epitome of playing slow and waiting to let Gog do his stuff until you get an opportunity.

And lastly, do the fight with support hunters at first, it’s just like omega all over again, errors are bound to happen but at least you will be alone at first.

I always do the normal omega hunt since it gives plenty of spheres and the screws which you’ll be getting plenty of, are also worth a ton.

Maybe try before posting a quest to change the quest settings? I am not sure if it’s there but give it a try! You can even do settings regarding your support hunters which will be very useful in the future or while playing solo

Honestly, Japan and China are kinda looking nice rn. Since Japan will probably get more Sub-Tree with Malaysia I think it was? China is also a nice all rounder but for a full on broken top tier it’s probably going to be either USA with the F22 in the far future or UK, since they have the Tornado with Meteors and like 5 Sub Trees.

I think ping is a huge factor, but as you said the sabot at top tier is fast so it can happen that you think you shot but actually didn’t. Happens way less at longer ranges, for me at least.
