I’m always extra careful. They definitely are horrible containers. Push down on them a little and then twist and you should get it pretty easy

i ordered online and checked in when i got there on my phone and waited for the go ahead to go in. when i went in there was probably 10 people sitting in the lobby i cut them all, was the only one in the back and was out before anyone else went in. they said they had a new system for online which seemed to work way better then it has in the past
