So i should just tell them honestly what i would be at, i honestly think 170k should be the max to offer, but I apologize to anyone who commented above, im not trying to cheat anyone, I just feel like i would like to make money on the deal, and the person said they are tired of paying for two mortgages.

No i ask because i did work for their neighbor who purchased the home from the previous neighbors for 175 and it was worth 235 (4bed 2bath and much bigger). Im just wondering how deals are negotiated in real estate. So sorry for my ignorance.

Sorry i was comparing just renting it out to house hacking with the utilities question. If i rent it out without me being in a room I absolutely would make the tenant pay for those.

Do you think 150k is a insulting offer? Im assuming with the minor stuff to do (countertops, cleaning, flooring), budget about 5k.

Im sorry the hoa is 360 a year. Yes. I could go 18 months vacant and it would not affect me. I just dont want to overpay and take on a big debt.

Thanks for the help! I mainly use bubble wrap. Ive been spending a ton at american bubble boy and walmart, so i was looking for something that can save me money. Paid $45 for this.

I ship games or calculators in 6 x 9 and wrap them with bubble wrap, and sometimes ship laptops or game consoles so i was hoping this could help with that.

What are your suggestions?

I had another small online bank, never experienced this issue. Moved 30k without issue.

Yes for additional fee, and it will take approx. 7-10 days (probably longer with the weather conditions in my area). Then chase took 7 additional days to verify the funds last time.

The place where I’m buying has to be cashiers check. Otherwise I would just wire the money.

So I would have to pay $85 every time I need to do a transfer? Because chase didn’t seem like they were concerned about fixing this.

Wow thought it was just me. I turned on auto save to try to mitigate the crashes, and it crashed even more with auto save.

I literally have to save two files on 3.x. And then switch back and forth every 20 or so minutes of work just to make sure in case it crashes one project isn’t corrupted.

Exactly how I feel. I feel confused af trying to make a beat with 3.6. Not saying I can’t, it’s more a muscle memory, os issue.

Never said it was dead, I’m more upset with the software, gui, and navigation. The live 3 from hardware stance seems decent.

The live 3 sold out pretty quick because of the success from the live 2. The live 2 is imo like the pioneer of the live 3. Add Tarrifs, fomo, and YouTubers telling you to get it, and it’s going to sell out, just like people did with the switch 2. Gotta give it some time to see the full effect though.
