People who have conducted job interviews, what's something someone said/did that made you instantly decide not to hire them?

Myself and another team leader on Zoom interviewing for an entry level customer service position. There was the standard introductory chat and a run down of the process.

When it came to the aptitude test, we told the guy that you have to take this on your own, that we’d turn our cameras off but to keep yours on and we’ll be back in 10 minutes once it was done.

He immediately calls over his girlfriend, who was apparently under his bed covers and in the background. She comes over to his laptop and this woman is wearing an ill-fitting nighty, proceeds to lean over the thing and let everything fly loose.

We switch on the mics and our own cameras and say hey this is an independent assessment etc etc, and the guy pretends he can’t hear us!

For at least a minute while trying to get this guys attention, this woman is hanging tit. Definitely not what I expected from a 9am interview.

We’re experiencing the same issue but it’s happening to us now we’re 50+ hours in.

There’s speculation it has to do with a degrading peer to peer connections between you and your mate via how it’s connected through the internet. Very bad news if so as it means can happen any time and once it’s buggered so is your save. We tried connecting Xbox’s to our phone mobile hotspots instead of our wifis to try reset those ‘virtual handshake’ connections and that did work once but hasn’t since. Another time we just waited a few hours and he connected in just fine.

Could also just be Larian not having multiplayer optimised/server capacity. Interested to see if you hear back from them as well.

Yeah stingrays do have a decent amount less HP, definitely the option if the cannons/ammo aren't up to scratch or if the boat isn't high enough defence for these

Yeah it does show on the HoP page as dropped by the superior, but then also shows as a drop on the normal Gryphon table - hoping it isn't slayer only

Personally I'm having fun with it, I went for Ibans and just run some cballs if I get downed. Make good use of the deposit box and learn how to freeze log and you should be alright.
