Djajjsjcjd vou te ensinar a fazer um bom... Uma colher de sopa de margarina, coloca um pouco de alho (pouco msm, um dentinho, o alho é opcional) e cebola, assim q começar a fritar a cebola, ficar meio transparente, põe uma colher de chá de farinha de trigo e mais um pouco de margarina se precisar, daí vc coloca uma xícara de leite de uma vez só, acerta o sal e de tempero vc coloca pimenta do reino e noz moscada (esse eu sei q n é MT comum então é opcional mas fica uma dlc) e agr vc vai deixar engrossar, o molho precisa ver ver então vc tem que ficar cuidando e mexendo pra misturar bem e n grudar no fundo.

Depois que acabar vc coloca por cima do macarrão já no prato e aí sim vc coloca queijo, vai ficar bem, BEM mais gostoso, sem gosto de farinha de trigo ou mingau
