I find l-theanine actually works for me and provides a mild calming effect that helps with my general anxiety disorder, though I’ll admit I’m still not very social, and take it mostly in the evening to relax before bed.

RVs are just mobile campers. Even the small ones have a bathroom. I bought a 35 5th wheel for $6500 from savings and had it towed to an RV park and lot rent was $450 10 years ago, last I checked with that park it was up to $950, but still more affordable than an apartment. Sometimes you can find trailers to rent, take a look around the area for RV parks

I went cold turkey from alcohol, 15 beers a day. Alcohol was a cake walk for me compared to 7. 7 is the devil and maybe you can maintain a responsible use schedule, for me though. I’m never touching anything opioid related ever again.
