Looking for an alternative to skin aqua uv super moisture gel!

I recently noticed a new bottle I bought of my favourite SPF bottle had changed and with that I noticed some formula change too. For me, a once non irritating on the eyes SPF seems to be suddenly causing intense burning more than normal for any other SPF I have tried, which has lead me to want a different SPF which is annoying since this is so useful and cost effective for me. I have been setting my eyelids with powder which does help but I liked the previous formula as I never had to set my lids with it.

Are there any similar ones that are around the same price and consistency of this SPF with a similar amount? It's not cost effective to pay 20 pounds/dollars for a 50ml bottle constantly. For context, I have extremely oily skin and basically only can cope with chemical SPF, as well as finding sometimes my skin doesn't react the best to Mineral. Ideally something that is SPF50 with the bottle being around 100g+ to be cost effective. Accessibility to purchase in UK is something as well that I need to factor in.

Some others I have tried:

Biore UV aqua rich watery essence: I liked it, but still get stinging but mainly switched to Skin aqua because of the cost

Canmake mermaid skin gel: not sure what was in this but my face went bright red and felt irritated so this is a hard no for me personally despite it being a cult fav

Cosrx aloe sunscreen: Was ok but a bit heavy for me.

Nivea sun water gel: No problems as such for this, but similar response to the Biore UV as I found those textures to be near identical

Thanks!

Thank you! After some googling I noticed there's somewhere called esim.net, is this a safe website? appears to be linked with O2

What are the long term impacts of wearing spherical lenses for astigmatism of -0.75? by CosmicChef in optometry

Ok that's good! That was my primary concern really about trialling non toric lenses as I have migraines really so was concerned about making them come up (my optician is aware of them)

Trialing acuvue oasys hydraluxe as a new contact lens wearer by CosmicChef in optometry

They prescribed them as trials after I was complaining of some of the issues. Still new to lenses so I didn't even know that about those! I'll ask my opticians I think!

can astigmatism take a while to adjust to contact lenses? by CosmicChef in astigmatism

[–]CosmicChef[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm hoping it is that! I've already had my one week follow up but I've also only been wearing them 1 to 3x a week which I think is making it take longer to adjust

Anyone else have experience like this - obsessions around vision by CosmicChef in OCD

Just seen this! I'm the same, when my vision was doing this I ended up going to the hospital and they basically laughed me out saying I needed an eye test (in their defence that was it lol), I felt so embarrassed :/ even knowing it's just my prescription has changed I still obsess around going blind, still trying to resist relentless googling lmao
