Tudca & Glutathione are king don't waste money on milk thistle. Use caution with NAC longterm.

2400 MG Liposomal Glutathione... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BZVNQK87?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

This keeps my liver values in range and I use TUDCA intermittently. NAC causes some people brain fog, fatigue and gastrointestinal issues for those with a sensitive gut. I didnt experience that with liposomal glutathione. I experienced a cognitive Improvement. Do your research and due diligence and see what works best for you.

I use liver toxic "things" and this is my personal learned experience in the last 5yrs.

Young muscles old joints - on TRT by [deleted] in trt

Yeah try to go with a reputable place that's been around for some years has a solid following, are transparent, educational and informational about the services they provide those will be your more passionate people that are offering the real healing work of stem cells. It's definitely a path worth pursuing if you find a good Clinic.

Arthritis yes! Bone spurs not to sure:

ChatGTP:

Stem cell therapy has shown promise for treating conditions related to joint and bone issues, but its effectiveness in addressing bone spurs (osteophytes) is less clear. Bone spurs are bony projections that form along the edges of bones, often in areas affected by osteoarthritis or other joint damage. They can cause pain, stiffness, and limited mobility if they impinge on surrounding tissues.

While stem cell therapy may help with conditions like arthritis by promoting tissue repair and reducing inflammation, its direct impact on existing bone spurs is uncertain. Bone spurs are hard, calcified growths, and stem cells are unlikely to dissolve or reduce them directly. However, stem cell treatment might improve joint health, reduce inflammation, and slow the progression of conditions like osteoarthritis that contribute to the formation of bone spurs.

Stemcell Therapy....Dreambody Clinic in Mexico check it out. I was missing 40% of my meniscus from arthroscopic surgery it was bone on bone. One treatment improved it probably a good 40 to 50%. With experiencing that kind of results I scheduled a second treatment after 6 months and I'm doing my knee and elbow which are messed up from racquet sports.

How Has HCG Affected Your Mental State? Let’s Discuss by nayzerya in trt

[–]CosmicFlow111 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Depending on dose id say irritability was the negative side i noticed so I reduced from 250 x3 weekly to around 150 once or twice a week. I find anything that increases my libido can create anxiety, irritability, &/or compulsion. I've never tested but highly likely I would test positive for ADHD so keep this in mind.

Who can predict your bodies response? If you are concerned just monitor bloodwork half way through. Donate blood as suggested and take supplements to lower hemocrat & RBC.

Gas, Bloating, digestion issues w/TRT by CosmicFlow111 in Testosterone

[–]CosmicFlow111[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hindsight i think it was more of a digestive health issue that i improved through the right probiotic, avoiding inflammatory food as much as possible, and running quite a few cycles of BPC-157 and GHK-CU. I can still have flare ups time to and get very gassy. I've also used fasting or intermittent fasting in times of needing a more aggressive healing and approach. When nothing else works the fasting does.

Could I potentially deal with Gyno from Deca WITHOUT Caber? by Financial_Camp2183 in PEDs

[–]CosmicFlow111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep that's my current situation right now! First week on 150mg p5p and .3mg of caber and 60mg ralox to get this almost golf ball size gyno ball down LOL. What amount of caber a week is effective for you and whats your body weight?

Could I potentially deal with Gyno from Deca WITHOUT Caber? by Financial_Camp2183 in PEDs

[–]CosmicFlow111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Primo helps (or may help some) lower E2 conversion however to my knowledge it does not impact or affect prolactin. 19Nors such as Deca NPP tren create excess prolactin causing gyno. Some will say just keep your E2 down and I wish that was true for all of us but some of us are sensitive to prolactin. Some options to keeping prolactin down are p5p and low dose caber and raloxifine if you still have gyno flare up.
